The badminton court is a square, 13.40 meters long, 6.10 meters wide for doubles and 5.18 meters wide for singles.
The boundary of each figure on the field is 4 cm, and the measurement should start from the outer edge of the line. The boundary of badminton court should be drawn with cream, light yellow or other colors that are easy to identify.
According to the requirements of international competitions, the indoor space in the air of all badminton courts should be at least 9 meters. Within this height width ratio, there should be no bearing beams or other obstacles.
There must be no obstructions within two meters of the badminton court. There should be at least two meters between the two badminton courts side by side.
The walls around the badminton court should be dark brown, without wind.
During the one-on-one competition, when the staff serve at the enemy's position, the landing type of the ball should not exceed the bright red area, otherwise it is out of bounds. In the doubles game, when the staff serve to the enemy, the landing range of the ball should not exceed the blue area, otherwise it is out of bounds. The dark red area indicates the single serve area, and the dark blue area indicates the doubles serve area.

On the net, the width is 760mm, and the length is 6.10m.
The net shall be made of dark brown (tan or light green), high-quality light rope. Mesh square, with each perimeter between 15-20mm.
The top of the net is folded with a 75mm white towel, crossed from the partition with a rope or stainless steel wire, and securely hung between two net posts. The upper edge of the white wool towel must be close to the rope or stainless steel wire.
The rope or stainless steel wire must have sufficient length and compressive strength, which can be firmly tightened and leveled with the top of the net column.
The central net of the badminton court is 1.524 meters high, and the net at the doubles border line is 1.55 meters high.
The two sides of the net must be fastened to the net posts. There is no gap between them.

From the badminton court road, the net post is 1.55m high. The net post must be firmly vertical with the road surface and keep the net tight. It should be placed on the border line of doubles.
If the net column cannot be set, be sure to use other methods to mark the border line according to the position below the line. For example, thin columns or 40mm wide strips shall be used to fix them on the border line and go up to the top rope of the net vertically.
On the doubles court, no matter whether the doubles or singles events are held, the net posts or the strip materials that mean the net posts should be placed on the doubles border line.
